DANTE HARRIS

Dante’ LaMarque Harris was born on December 29,1988, in Dallas, Texas to the proud parents of Jacqui Marquette Harris and Calvin Cole. He was the youngest of 2 sons.

He attended school in the Dallas Independent School District.

Dante’ had a passion for knowledge and learning and had recently committed to pursuing his higher education by enrolling in college classes. He had a love for music which he shared with friends. He enjoyed sports, spending time in nature with his family, and cooking, especially holiday dinners and on the grill.

Dante’ was the proud father of five beautiful little girls, whom he absolutely adored; Treasure Mar’shai, 9, Honestii LaRaee, 7, Desyre Ky Rae, 6, Malaya Armani, 2 and Triniti D’Asia, 1.

Preceding him in death are: one brother, Calvin Dean Harris and his maternal grandfather, James Curtis Harris.

He leaves to cherish his memories: mother, Jacqui Harris, father, Calvin Cole; sister, Aniya Cole; maternal grandmother Jewel Harris, paternal grandmother, Ruby Lister; maternal aunt Jaimee Harris Smith (Lasalle Smith) and first cousins Brittney, Brianah, Lasalle II; and paternal aunts Aston Lister, Veronica Kendall and uncle, Clifford Earl Cole and first cousin Colby Cole; Vickie King, a very special aunt who loves him dearly; and a host of extended family and friends.
