ANNIE FAYE WEAVER

Annie Faye Weaver, a cherished and beloved member of community, peacefully departed from this world on September 7, 2024, at the age of 91, in Dallas, Texas. Born on July 11, 1933, Annie lived a life deeply rooted in faith and service, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her.

A devoted woman of faith, Annie was known for her regular attendance at church, where she found joy and connection with her fellow congregants. Her spiritual convictions guided her every action, inspiring those around her to embrace the values of compassion and kindness that she exemplified throughout her life.

Annie had a passion for cooking, often whipping up delicious meals that brought family and friends together. Those who were fortunate enough to share her table will remember the warmth and love she infused into every dish. Beyond her culinary talents, Annie had a welcoming spirit that drew people in. She opened her home to those in need, providing a place of refuge and comfort, exemplifying her kindness and generosity.

Her legacy is marked by the love she extended to others, the faith she held so dearly, and the warmth of her spirit that will continue to resonate among her loved ones. In the wake of her passing, Annie will be profoundly missed but remembered with great affection.

Viewing services will be held on September 13, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. A Funeral Service will take place the following day, September 14, 2024, beginning at 12:00 PM at Ennis Mt. Zion Baptist Church,  at 800 East Freeman Street, Ennis, TX 75119. All who knew and loved Annie are invited to celebrate her remarkable life and share cherished memories.
