Betty Lamar Freeman, beloved by many, passed away on July 24, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness will forever be cherished by those who knew her. Betty born on July 22, 1941, and from that day forward, she filled the world with her warmth and compassion.

During her beautiful life journey, Betty touched the hearts of all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her. Her gentle spirit and unwavering were a source of comfort and strength to her family and friends. Betty's willingness to always lend an ear or offer a helping endeared her to many.

In honoring Betty's memory, a Prayer Service will be held on August 1, 2024, at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas. The service will begin at 7:15 PM to allow loved ones the opportunity to gather and pay their respects. Following this, a Funeral Service will take place on August 2, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location. These services will provide a space for all those who adored Betty to come together in remembrance.

Betty Lamar Freeman is survived by her devoted family members and friends who will continue to cherish her memory. Her legacy lives on through them as they carry forward the values she held dear. Though she may no longer be physically present, her spirit remains alive in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
