The family invites you to honor Billy's memory during the upcoming services. A viewing will be held on September 13, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, 75224. A funeral service celebrating his life will take place the following day, September 14, 2024, at 1:00 PM, also at Golden Gate Funeral Home
