Born on November 10, 1943, Billy lived a life dedicated to family, friends and his passions. His legacy will be celebrated with a viewing to be held on November 16, 2024, at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The viewing will begin at 12:00 PM and conclude at 7:00 PM.
