Born on July 18, 1963, in Lufkin, Texas, Borton's journey through life was defined by role as a general laborer and his passion for providing for those he loved.
Having graduated from high school, Borton on a career in general labor where he excelled through his strong work ethic and determination to support his family. His dedication not only extended to his professional endeavors but also to his role as a devoted spouse, father, and brother. Those who knew him will remember Borton as a great leader within his family who always put their needs above his own.
Services to honor and celebrate Borton's life will be held at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. A Prayer Service will take place on August 8, 2024, starting at 7:15 PM. The Funeral Service will follow on August 9, 2024, beginning at 11:00 AM.
Borton Gernard Calloway is survived by his loving spouse, children, siblings, nieces, nephews, along with other relatives and friends who cherished him deeply.
