Carolina Gomez Rosas was born March 28, 1929 in Post, Texas, and fell asleep in death on May 2, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fabriel and her brother, Alfredo Gomez. She is survived by her sons, Eriberto, Danel and Adan Rosas, her daughter, Loriana Cortez, 14 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and her sister, Rosa Gonzales. Carolina was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was a member of the Jefferson Spanish Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Oak Cliff. Carolina knew the importance of making a good name with Jehovah God and hoped to stay in his memory when it came time for the promised resurrection spoken of in Acts 24:15 and John 5:28, 29. Carolina was known for her strong morals, her honesty, sincerity and her humor, but she will best be remembered for her unshakable love of family. She was a faithful and devoted wife to Fabriel, a loyal friend to her siblings, and with her children and grandchildren, she was tough when she needed to be, while also being tender, loving and affectionate. She will be missed by all who knew her.
