CHARLES O.C. MILLER

Charles O.C. Miller, a beloved member of the Dallas community, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on September 7, 1940, Charles lived a life marked by dedication and service, both in his career and personal life.

A proud high school graduate, Charles built a successful career as a buyer seller for Sanger Harris and also made significant contributions while employed with the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). His professional life was characterized by a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to excellence, values that he instilled in those around him.

Charles is remembered fondly by his son, Russell E. Miller, who carries forward the legacy of love and resilience that defined his father's life. In addition to Russell, he leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory and honor his impact on their lives.

Friends and family are invited to gather in celebration of Charles's life. A viewing will be held on February 14, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. Following the viewing, a funeral service will be held on February 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Cedar Crest CME, situated at 1616 E Illinois Ave, Dallas, TX 75216, with the service concluding at 1:00 PM.
