Throughout his life, Claude carved out a fruitful career, marked by versatility and dedication. A skilled Heating and Air Conditioning contractor, his expertise brought comfort to countless homes. He also lent his watchful eyes as a Security Guard for AT&T in downtown Dallas, safeguarding not just assets but fostering a sense of security within the bustling city. In addition, he cultivated beauty in the world around him as a Landscaper, transforming ordinary spaces into vibrant sanctuaries where nature flourished.

A proud graduate of Lincoln High School, Home of the Tigers, Claude’s educational journey laid a foundation for the myriad of experiences that would follow. His calm demeanor and sweet disposition were not just facets of his personality; they were a sanctuary for all who knew him. He radiated an aura of peace, maintaining composure even in life's most tumultuous moments. Friends and family alike were drawn to his laid-back nature, reveling in the warmth he effortlessly exuded.

He leaves behind a shining example of love, patience, and serenity that will forever resonate in the hearts of his Devoted Wife, his blended family of children, Claude Miller(Aretha), Candie Jennings(Theodis), Eric Carlisle, Tonia Zamora and Erica Carlisle, sister, Helen Williams, 8 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, 4 nieces, and 1 nephew. As they navigate the waves of grief, they carry forth the lessons Claude taught them, a living tribute to a man whose spirit will forever remain a part of their journey. Claude Henry Bailey may have departed from this realm, but the echoes of his calm presence will linger on, unwavering and eternal.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Dorothy Edwards, and Carolyn Bailey, 3 brothers Donald Edwards, Dwayne Edwards and Ronald Edwards.
