In loving memory of CYRIL MUSTAPHA, who graced this world with his presence from January 1, 1950, until December 11, 2024. Born in the vibrant land of Sierra Leone, West Africa, Cyril carried the warmth of his birthplace throughout his life, fostering strong bonds and creating a legacy that will echo for generations.
Cyril devoted much of his career to public safety, always holding the well-being of others as a priority. His tireless commitment to serving the community is a testament to his character—a family man who epitomized respect, trustworthiness, and fairness. Cyril was not just a dedicated professional; he was also a beacon of friendliness, forming connections that left a lasting impact on everyone he met.
A lover of outdoor sports, Cyril embraced life with exuberance, finding joy in the simplest pleasures. He took immense pride in cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, his enthusiasm for the team mirroring his passions in life—lively and unwavering. Whether on the field or off, Cyril brought a fun-loving spirit to every occasion, creating memories that will be cherished by his children, Juliet Aminata Mustapha, Francess Mustapha, and David Mustapha, as well as his adored grandchildren: Kadijatu Kamara, Rashidatu Kamara, Rahimatu Kamara, Isaac Madia, and Ishamiel Jalloh.
Cyril's strong ties to his community were exemplified through his involvement with the Tegloma Organization, where his contributions helped weave a thread of unity and support among members. His devotion to his faith further accentuated his persona; he found solace and strength in the church, nurturing his belief in the goodness of humanity.
As we gather to celebrate Cyril's life, we honor the profound sense of family he instilled in those around him. His beloved brother, John Mustapha, stands with other relatives—Peter Josiah, Betty Josiah, Umu Mustapha, Michael Mustapha, Mummy Mustapha, and Francis Michael Jr.—to reminisce about a life well-lived, marked by integrity and love.
Cyril's proudest accomplishment was the ability to provide for his family, a purpose he fulfilled with dedication and grace. His spirit remains etched in our hearts, guiding us through moments of sorrow and reflecting a life rich in love and values.
