David Wayne Harper, a dedicated campus officer, has sadly passed away at the age of 61 in Dallas, Texas.

Born on April 26, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan, David's commitment to serving his community was evident throughout his career. As a campus officer, he made it his mission to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff alike. His unwavering dedication and friendly demeanor left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

A proud high school graduate, David pursued a career in law enforcement with passion and integrity. His colleagues remember him as a reliable and trustworthy individual who always put others before himself.

David's legacy will live on through the memories shared by his surviving family members: his loving wife, children, and grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Friends and acquaintances are invited to pay their respects at a viewing service to be held on May 4, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas in Dallas, Texas.
