Ms. Delecia Anquinetta Johnson Russell was born in Dallas, Texas, September 29, 1967, to the parentage of Rev. Leslie Johnson and Cozette Johnson who lives to cherish her memories. Delecia was raised with love and spiritual guidance.
“A time to Love”
Delecia was previously married to Reginald Russell where a child was added to their union Tylen Russell.
“A time to Find”
Delecia was baptized at an early age at Good Hope Baptist Church McKinney, Texas. Delecia, served as a Customer Contact & Sales Associate with Frontier for 25 years. She was a current member of the Greater Gilgal Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor L.C. Johnson where she served as the Chief financial officer for the past three years until her transition. She enjoyed traveling, shooting pool and spending time with her family and friends
“A Time to Die”
Delecia would like to let you know that her work on this earth is done. She transitioned on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. This was an offer she could not refuse so she accepted the call to a new assignment. This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with family and friends she has not seen in a long time. Job security is exactly 110 percent. Her new mission takes her to a wonderful place where the streets are paved with gold. She will be socializing, dancing, and praising the Lord. She left detailed instruction for her son Tylen, her family, and all her friends to CELEBRATE her life, because her mission here has now been completed!

Lisa leaves us to cherish her laugh, her smile, her explosive personality and all the wonderful memories of her time here with us; Son Tylen Russell (father Reginald), her parents Leslie Johnson and Cozette Johnson, sisters Quindalyn King and Laronda Wallace, brothers Lemone Jackson and Chevez Johnson. four nieces Sheena Johnson, NaQuinta King, Shazzel King, and Azariah King, one nephew Nathan King II, two great-nieces Nyvonna Williams and Tru’ Walker. Also, her Special friend Gregory Tucker a host of relatives and friends.
