ELLA RUTH TURNER

District Missionary Ella Ruth Turner, a cherished pillar of her community, was called from this earthly realm to her heavenly home on December 30, 2024, one day shy of her eighty-third birthday. A devoted member of the Mt Zion Church of God in Christ, Ella was revered not only as a missionary but also as a beacon of hope and strength. Her unwavering faith anchored her in times of trial and triumph alike, serving as an example to all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her remarkable life will be celebrated with a series of services that pay homage to her profound legacy. A viewing will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas, on January 8, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowing friends and family to gather, pay their respects, and reflect on the indelible mark she left on their hearts. An additional viewing will occur later that day from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Mt Zion Church of God in Christ, culminating in a prayer service from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, where her life and contributions to her faith will be honored.
