Evelyn, known by her maiden name, Miller, was a high school graduate whose education served as a foundation for her lifelong journey of caring for her family. She embraced her role as a matriarch with grace and unwavering determination, providing a safe haven where her children, Phillip, Rita, Billy, Kelly, and Debra, could flourish. Her influence extended beyond her immediate family; she created bonds that ripple through her host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends who were fortunate enough to know her.

A viewing to honor Evelyn's life and spirit will be held on March 7, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas.
