GARY BOSTON JR.

In the beginning on November 19, 1999, a healthy baby boy was born in Dallas, TX to proud parents Gary Boston, Sr., and Valarie Ann Barnes. He was given the name Gary Edward Boston, Jr.

Gary Jr. attended Red Oak School district, graduating in 2018. In 2020 Gary joined the Navy, he was stationed in Jacksonville, Florida until his death.

After 22 seasons, Gary Edward Boston, Jr. moved “to his mansion in the sky,” on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was proceded in death by his father, Gary Sr; great-grandmothers: Erma Griffin and Phyllis Barnes; grandparents: Elnora and Eddie Boston Sr; uncle Danny Boston; great uncle: Michael Griffin Sr; cousins: Lee Garret, Anthony Becknell, and Toniana Becknell.

He leaves to celebrate his life, his mother, Valarie Barnes (James), two brothers: Sean Parks and James Rauls Jr., Two sisters: Yoshanie Richardson and Yasmine Boston; niece Ryann Johnson, nephew Zmari Taylor; grandparents: Brenda Barnes and Charles Barnes; aunts: Tonya Barnes, Rochelle Boston, and Veronica Newman; uncles: Eddie Boston Jr. and Andrew Boston; great aunts: Cynthia Powell, Sharon Garrett, Charlotte Becknell, and Lakisha Barber; along with a host of cousins and other family members whom he loved.
