GRACE SAUELS

GRACE BURNS SAUELS was born in Bastrop, TX on January 11, 1933 to Baylem and Joephine Jackson. She attended school in Smithville, Texas. She married Robert Sauels in June of 1953 and became Mrs. Grace B. Sauels. She later moved to Dallas, Texas and joined Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. She was a faithful member of the FBI and Golden Girls until her health began to fail her. She is preceded in death by three children, Samuel James Jackson, Larry Darnell Sauels, Linda Dianna Sauels; one stepson, Bobby Blaylock; one granddaughter, Veronica Sauels; and one great grandson, Xavier Brooks. She leaves to cherish her memories six children, Cheryel Andrews, Gloria Jackson (son-in-law, Ricky Joe Washington), Kathy Sauels, Brenda Sauels, Steffie Sauels (son-in-law, Ray Charles Carter); one adopted son, Robert Allen Jr.; two step sons, Roger Blaylock (BIRD) (wife Charlene Blaylock) and Johnny Blaylock all from Dallas, Texas; a special niece and nephew, Cheryl Johnson and Allen Jackson (LANE) both from Austin, Texas; 16 grandkids, 52 great grandkids, and 9 great-great grandkids. A MESSAGE TO MY FAMILY: Don’t worry about me I am in a better place, don’t cry thank God for the years, I have been here for you and my grandchildren and great grandchildren.
