Born on January 26, 1947, in Rayville, Louisiana, Hector lived a life full of adventure and warmth never failing to meet a stranger.

Hector was a proud veteran who served in the Army, embodying the dedication and spirit of service to his country. After his military service, he embraced a career as a self-employed individual, navigating the path of entrepreneurship with tenacity and vigor.

In his leisure time, Hector found joy in hobbies such as fishing and hunting, pursuits that allowed him to connect with nature and create lasting memories. His zest for life and love for outdoor activities mirrored his vibrant personality, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to know him.

Family, friends, and all who knew Hector will gather to honor his memory with a viewing on October 31, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX. A graveside service will follow on November 1, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX, where loved ones will pay their final respects.
