The visitation to pay respects to Howard will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home and A Crematory in Dallas on March 1, starting at 2pm and ending at 8:00pm. The funeral service will take place at Graceland Community B.C. in Cedar Hill on March 2 at 11:00.
