IRENE MCDONALD

Irene McDonald, a retired administrative assistant at the Conerstone Community Center, passed away on June 18, 2024 at Texas Health Harris Methodist. She was born on September 10, 1934.

During her time as an assistant, Irene touched the lives of many with her dedication kindness. Her career at the Conerstone Community Center was not just a job a reflection of her caring nature and strong work ethic.

Outside of work, Irene found solace and joy in the simple of reading. Her love for books illuminated her life and enriched her soul. She found peace and inspiration within the pages of each story she encountered.

Irene's legacy will continue to live on through those she leaves behind. She is survived by loving family and friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

A viewing to honor Irene McDonald will be held on June 26, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home and Cremation in Fort Worth. The funeral service will take place the following day, June 27, 2024, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In celebrating Irene's life, we remember a woman of strength, grace, and compassion. May she rest in peace knowing that she has left an indelible mark on all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
