JAMES BRIGHTMON

On January 9, 2021, James L. Brightmon was embraced by angels who led him to his Heavenly Father. He was born to the parents of James and Irene Brightmon on January 30, 1938 in Harleton, TX. He attended Friendly High School in Harleton and was added to Bear Spring Church of Christ at an early age and dedicated his life to the Lord until God called home. He moved to Dallas, Texas in 1957 and remained until his death. He worked as a maintenance man for 40 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers. He leaves to cherish special memories: his sisters, Dorothy R. Morrow of Marshall, TX and Ethel L. Curry of Dallas, TX; a very, very special niece, Annette Curry (Jerry Don), Lydia Curry and Sierra Curry all of Dallas, TX; a host of many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
