It was in the city of Mansfield, Louisiana on Thursday, December 30, 1948 S. L. London and Lillie Lee Taylor, were blessed with a handsome baby boy, whom they namedâ¦..

James was loved and nurtured by both his parents and received his formal education from Mansfield and Houston Public Schools.
He accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church in Trenton, Louisiana.
