Jerry Glent Pointer was born to Walter Mac Pearson and Claude Pointer on July 16,1945 in Arlington ,Tx Jerry received his education in FWISD. He graduated in 1963 from IM Terrell.

On August 7th,2016 Jerry Glent Pointer became absent from the body as he leaves to cherish his memory. He is proceeded in death by his grandmother Beatrice Green, grandfather Clifford Green and mother Walter Mar Pearson,father Claude Pointer,brother Roy Wilson and grandson Bryan Pointer. His children’s Marylin and Jeffery , La Juana Pointer brothers Danny Wilson, Sonny Green(Shirley) and Larry Pointer sisters Jackie Stewart (Gary) Claudia Pointer,Rosenda Sneed and Charlsetta Ilegbodu 13 grandkids and 19 great grandkids and a host of family and friends….
