JOHNNY SUMMONS

Johnny Summons, Jr., was born to the parentage of Vernora and the late Johnny Summons, Sr., on January 17, 1953, in Hillsboro, Texas. He was educated in the Dallas Independent School District. Johnny accepted Christ at an early age. He was a chartered member of Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church. He was a maintenance technician for the Dallas Housing Authority and DISD. Johnny is preceded in death by his father, Johnny Summons, Sr., sister, Linnon Jean, and wife, Tommie. Johnny leaves to cherish his memories: his daughters, Stacey (Toby) and Latasha; son, Charles; three grandchildren, Madison, Ja’Koria and Chris; mother, Vernora Summons; brothers, Larry (Christy) and Jimmy; sisters, Yvonne (Robert), Ammie (John) and Debra; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
