A loyal, reliable, and hardworking member in his service to the nation, J.C. served in the Army from 1959 until 1980, an experience that shaped his life and character. Alongside his military accolades, which included the National Defense Service Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal, he forged bonds of camaraderie that spanned decades—a testament to his unwavering loyalty and dedication.
J.C. was a man of many joys and interests. Whether it was casting a line into the serene waters during fishing excursions, skillfully knocking down pins at the bowling alley, or engaging in playful competitions over a game of dominoes, he approached life with an unyielding zest. His love for listening to blues music mirrored his spirited personality, resonating with the deeper rhythms of life.

As we gather to honor and remember the life of Jestin Conrad Morgan Jr., we invite family and friends to celebrate his journey at New Mt Rose Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. A Wake Service will be held on March 21, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a Visitation on March 22, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM then a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM at the same location—2864 Mississippi Avenue.
J.C.’s memory will forever echo in the hearts of those he touched, leaving a legacy of warmth and love that will never fade.
