Krystal Shana Lott, a devoted mother, beloved daughter, and accomplished Customer Service Specialist with Walmart, passed away on December 21, 2023, in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. She was born on March 1, 1991, also in Dallas, and leaves behind a legacy that will be forever cherished.

Krystal's journey in life began in this vibrant city that she called home. Raised by her loving mother, Wanda Lott, Krystal developed a strong sense of compassion and resilience from an early age. Her unwavering determination and dedication set the stage for the remarkable life she would lead.

After completing her education at DISD, Krystal embarked on a fulfilling career as a Customer Service Specialist with Walmart. In this role, she excelled not only in providing exceptional service to customers but also in cultivating meaningful connections with her colleagues. Krystal's warm smile and genuine willingness to help touched the lives of many during her time with the company.

Beyond her professional achievements, Krystal's true pride and joy resided in her role as a mother. Her children held an incredibly special place in her heart.
