LATROIUS ASKEW

Latroius Deontuay Askew was born June 18, 1986 in Dallas, Texas to Loretta Askew and Anthony Elder(deceased) and was the oldest of five children. He was accepted and raised by his stepfather Clinton DeShelle Gibbons Sr when he was four months old.

Latroius attended public school in Dallas and Duncanville, graduated from Duncanville High School Class of 2005. In 2010 he met and fell in love with Ronda D. Overstreet. They married in 2014. To this union 3 children were born.

Latroius accepted Christ and was baptised at Mission For Christ Baptist Church in Oak Cliff, Texas.

Latroius was full of life, a people person, prankster and charmer. He LOVED the Dallas Cowboys.

Latroius leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Ronda; sons LanDon and Jacob; daughters, Destiny and Natavia Kemp; parents Clinton and Loretta Gibbons; grandmother, Claudia Davis; brother, Clinton ll; sisters, Shaunusty(Rick) Moten, Chasity and Lenora Calhoun; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
