LEONARD GILLIAM

On January 28, 1945 in the small town of New Waverly, Texas, there was born a bouncing baby boy named Leonard Jewell Gilliam Jr. to the proud parents of Leonard Jewell Gilliam Sr. and Ella Mae Shivers.

He received his education in the Fort Worth Public School of Texas. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at a young age and was baptized at Crawford Street Baptist Church.

He was the owner of Junior’s Fence Company.

He met and married Emma Lee Tutt and to this union two children were born.

The day Leonard Gilliam Jr. passed was the same month and day his brother, Ronnie Lane died on 45 years ago.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Gilliam Sr., stepfather, James Lane, mother Ella Mae Lane, brother, Ronnie Lane, sister , Linda Willis and stepson, Sekaine Gilliam.

Those left to cherish his memories: son, Ronnie (Olivia) Gilliam; daughter, Lisa Gilliam; granddaughter, KeUndra Gilliam; grandson, Christian Hicks; sister, Brenda Lemmons; a host relatives and friends.
