LEONARD L. JONES

LEONARD L. JONES, affectionately known as "Kool-Aid", born on September 24, 1954, in Louisiana, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025, in Dallas Texas; a place he called home for so many years. A devoted husband to his beloved spouse, Erma Post, Leonard was a cherished member of his family and will be greatly missed by his other relatives and friends.

Leonard's life was marked by a commitment to those he cared about, and his presence brought joy to many. He embodied kindness and generosity, traits that endeared him to friends and family alike. His laughter and warmth would light up a room, creating lasting memories for all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A viewing will be held in his honor on February 14, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas, located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The funeral service will take place the following day, February 15, 2025, starting at 5:00 PM, also at Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas (Allene), at the same address.

Leonard’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all those he touched throughout his life. His enduring spirit and love for his family will continue to inspire and guide them. As we remember Leonard, let us celebrate the life he lived and the love he shared with those around him.
