LEROY BEE

Leroy Bee, a beloved handyman and dedicated member of the Dallas community, passed away on March 13, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on October 31, 1943, in Dallas, Texas, Leroy lived a life filled with service, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to supporting his friends and neighbors.

Throughout his career as a handyman, Leroy became known for his exceptional skills and resourcefulness. He was the go-to person for many in the community, always ready to lend a hand with a smile and a kind word. His ability to bring practicality and warmth into every project he undertook left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Leroy’s life was deeply rooted in Dallas, where he spent both his formative years and countless moments of joy with family and friends. His passion for life and dedication to his craft was evident in all that he did, making him a respected figure among his peers.

To honor Leroy's memory and bid farewell, the community is invited to a viewing on March 21, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Golden Gate Funeral Home located at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224. The following day, a second viewing will take place at True Lee Missionary Baptist Church at 3907 Robert L Parish Sr. Avenue, Dallas, TX 75210, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, culminating in a funeral service starting at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM.

Leroy Bee will be remembered fondly for his generosity, humor, and dedication. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life.
