LINDA NELL JACKSON

LINDA NELL JACKSON ("Linnell") a radiant spirit who danced through life with an infectious smile and an unwavering love for her family, departed this world on September 4, 2024. Born on April 15, 1950, Linnell embraced life with a bubbly personality, embodying warmth, sass, and an undying commitment to those she loved.

As a devoted homemaker, Linnell dedicated herself to nurturing her family, celebrating each milestone with joy, thoughtfulness and care. Her ability to remember everyone's birthday made her the heartbeat of familial gatherings, where laughter and love intertwined seamlessly. She found immense happiness in being surrounded by her three daughters, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren whose lives she filled with love, thoughtful gestures, and boundless support.

Linnell's spirit was vibrant, echoing through her hobbies and interests. Dancing to the soulful rhythms of her favorite artists—Marvin Gaye, Barry White, Michael Jackson, and Prince—she inspired everyone around her to let loose and enjoy life. The melodies of Motown music were the backdrop to a life filled with laughter and warmth.  Her passion for good soul food brought friends and family together, where every meal was a celebration and every recipe a cherished memory.  One phone call from Linnell could lift your spirit and always end with "Love Bye."

Linnell's loving nature was a constant source of comfort to all who knew her. She was the dependable friend, the thoughtful confidante, and the loving mother whose heart expanded infinitely with each family member she welcomed into her life.

Family and friends will gather to honor the beautiful life she led at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. A viewing will be held on September 12, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM and wake service 7:15 PM-8:15PM allowing all to pay their respects and reminisce about her cherished memories. Following this, a Celebration of Life will bloom on September 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Antioch Fellowship M..B.C .a heartfelt tribute to the joy and love she infused into this world.

Linnell may have danced her last dance, but her legacy will undoubtedly twirl gracefully through the hearts of all she touched, echoing her laughter and love eternally.
