MARY BROWN

Mary Louise Brown was born in Mobile, Alabama on September 29th, 1950 to William and Alean Green. Out of 14 siblings, Mary was the 3rd eldest.

Mary graduated from Saint Elmo High School in 1968. She relocated from Alabama to California where she met her late husband Luke Harold Brown Jr. Mary and Luke married on July 17, 1970. The couple later relocated to Texas where they started their family.

Mary was known as sassy. She loved music and loved to Dance. Mary’s dream was to become a professional dancer.

Mary leaves behind seven children: Phillip (Sharon), Glenda (Mitch Sr), Libra (Clayton Jr), Luke III, Olivera (Vincent Sr.), Homer (Bennetra), and Corwin. Mary, known as “Granny” by her 32 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren, in which she will be missed.

Mary was preceded in death by; her husband; Luke H. Brown Jr., her parents, three brothers, Jonah Hosea, Joseph Payne, and Clarence along with her sister Shirley Ann.

Mary is loved, valued, and will truly be missed.
