MONTAE CURRY

Montae Antwan Curry. Born November 5, 1996, age 24. Montae made his last grand gesture by saving his brothers life before passing away in his home in Crowley, Texas on July 19, 2021.

Montae was born in Childress, Texas but grew up in Crowley, Texas where he knew EVERYONE. He graduated from Crowley High school class of 2016. He was always the light in the room when he walked in, with that big smile and infectious laugh.

Montae had a true passion for photography. He could capture an image that would last a lifetime.

Montae enjoyed being in the company of others most of all. Having fun and bringing joy to others was always on the agenda. He was a special kind of person that will be forever missed.

Montae was survived in death by his father, Robert, his mother, Paula, his grandmother, Betty, his sister Magan, and his brother Marcus. Several sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
