March 8, 1940 in Frost Texas PATRICIA was born through the forever love of Tony Banks (father) and Alberta Curry (mother). Their Union also produced her four siblings two brothers and two sisters whom she loved very dearly and held close to her heart. During her early years her family moved to Ft. Worth, TX. There is where she attended the FWISD, graduating as Salutatorian from I.M. TERRELL HIGH. PATRICIA moved to California where she met her forever love, Lorenzo Rauls, their union was formed June 1960. They moved to Texas where they began the start of their family. PATRICIA loved talking about her three children, Karen, Eric, and Sherina. After the untimely death of her beloved husband, she began her studies of secretarial skills where she met many longtime friends. After this she began her career. She chose to work at companies she felt would allow her to fulfill her desire to help others. (Child Care Association, Aetna, Marketing Specialist and Mary Kay) to name a few. Mary Kay is where she chose to retire from. She obtained and kept in touch with a lot of the friends that she made throughout the years because of her beautiful heart. PATRICIA accepted CHRIST at a young age thanks to her strong spiritual upbringing given to her by her parents. She mirrored it in her upbring of her own children, grand and great-grandchildren. In 1974, PATRICIA joined Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. C.B. T. Smith, until 1998, she moved to St. John Missionary Baptist under the leadership of Pastor Bertrain Bailey she remained there until her homegoing. She was a teacher, served on various committees in church because she enjoyed sharing her knowledge of the greatness of GOD and his AGAPE Love. PATRICIA had many interests, she loved reading, her bible or anything that she could to enrich her life, she enjoyed visiting different restaurants trying out new cuisines, PATRICIA loved when she had grandchildren that is when the fun began. She had many fun memories of her grandchildren and shared them often with others. She loved telling stories about her family and life with them. On January 20, 2021 Patricia heard the whisper, “Its time, your mansion is complete” (John 14:2). She leaves behind her children Karen Rauls, Eric (Ruby) Rauls, and Sherina (Richard) Jones. Her Grand and (great-grand) children: Andacin Dismuke (children-Aaden, Anyia) Arie Garrett (children-Bryceon, Arionna, Anastasia, and Azariah) Frederic Rauls (children-Legacy, Nahla) Essence Crow and Eunique Rauls-Benjamin. Her Sisters Barbara (Jeff) Jones and Toni (Larry) Taylor, Sister in law Margie (Earl) Sparkes, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Many Friends.
