PATSY SNEED

Patsy Alberta (Thompson) Sneed was born on July 22, 1944 to the union of Willie Herold Thompson and Ruthie Marie Hill in Pittsburg, TX.

While still a young child she moved to Hamilton Park of Dallas, TX with her parents and siblings where she received her education at Hamilton Park Pacesetters of Richardson Independent School District.

Patsy professed Christ at an early age. She retired from Sears Roebuck & Company in 2008 as a security officer.

Over the past years although her health was not her best; she stayed strong and never stop fighting. She was a devoted mother, sister and friend. Not only was she a mother to her children; she was a mother to others.

Patsy Alberta Sneed entered her final resting peace on Saturday, June 30, 2018 with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Herold Thompson, mother, Ruthie Marie Hill, husband Wiley James Sneed, sister, Janice Marie Oden, brother, Arnold Louis Thompson and her nephew, Leonard Eugene Thompson.

She leaves to cherish her memories: eleven children, Bobby Brown Jr. of Dallas, TX, Virginia R. Hunter (Robert) of North Dakota, Patrick A. Brown of North Richland Hills, TX,  Aundrea D. Theurer of Pittsburg, TX, Ryan E. Brown Sr. of Garland, TX, Arlondra M. Strong (Travaine) of Lancaster, TX, David G. Brown of Dallas, TX, Kimberly A. Brown of Waxahachie, TX, Shanika N. Sneed of Garland, TX, Wiley S. Sneed Sr. of Royse City, TX and Michael B. Sneed of Maryland; thirty-one grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her  greatly.
