Peggy was known for her unwavering faith and her love for going to church. Her dedication to her spiritual community brought light and joy to those around her. She found solace and peace in the church's embrace and shared that comfort with everyone she met.

In her younger years, Peggy was known as Peggy Jo White before she married and took on the Callahan name. She was a beacon of positivity and kindness, touching the lives of many with her warm smile and gentle spirit. Her passion for line dancing led her to the YMCA, where she enjoyed perfecting her moves in line dancing.. Additionally, she found joy in spending time at the senior center, engaging in various activities and making lifelong friendships.

Peggy will be deeply missed by her surviving family two sons Jason Callahan (Billie) and James Callahan, grandchildren, and a wide circle of friends. Although she may no longer be physically present, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Her love for life and unwavering faith serve as an inspiration to us all. Peggy Jo Callahan's legacy of kindness, faith, and joy will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who had the honor of crossing paths with her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was truly loved and will be remembered always.
