Rachelle Elaine Terrance

November 15, 1953 — December 19, 2023

Rachelle Elaine Terrance, beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on December 19 2023. She was born on November 15, 1953, in Fort Worth, Texas to Elvin Nealy and Celestine Fulbright. Rachelle was a vibrant soul who left an indelible mark on the lives of all who knew her.

Rachelle grew up in Texas and attended Roosevelt High School. She had a thirst for knowledge and never stopped learning throughout her life. Her passion for education shaped her into a wise and knowledgeable individual.

Although Rachelle had many accomplishments in her life, she found her greatest joy in being a mother to her children: Raschone Moncrief, Shaye Spratt, Curtis Spratt II, Precious Schexnayder and Nicole Sims. She shared an unbreakable bond with them and provided unwavering love and support. Rachelle loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren  Schepree,  Javon, Kayla, Jason, Ke'Andre, NeQuira, LaRiyah, Peyton, Dani and four great- grandchildren who brought immense happiness to her life. Even as the years went by, she cherished every moment spent with them and watched proudly as they grew.

Rachelle had a charismatic personality that drew people towards her. She displayed both sternness and kindness depending on the situation but always had an air of elegance about her. Her outgoing nature made her the life of the party at any gathering or social event. Rachelle adored the company of others and cherished moments spent with friends and family.

In addition to being a social butterfly, Rachelle had a deep love for children. She enjoyed their company immensely and showered them with affection. Her infectious laughter echoed through the room whenever she interacted with kids.

Crocheting was one of Rachelle's favorite pastimes. With skillful hands and a creative mind, she transformed balls of yarn into beautiful creations. The love and care she put into every stitch reflected her nurturing nature. Her crocheted masterpieces will forever serve as a reminder of her talent and dedication.

Rachelle's zest for life was matched only by her unwavering faith. She found solace and strength through her spirituality, and her spiritual journey was an integral part of her daily life. Rachelle regularly attended the Freedom For All Community Church in Dallas, Texas, where she found support and built strong connections with the community.

Rachelle is survived by her father Elvin Nealy and preceded in death by her mother Celestine Fulbright , as well as her brother John Fulbright III. Although they mourn the loss of Rachelle alongside many others, they find solace in knowing that she has found eternal peace.

In this time of grief, let us remember Rachelle Elaine Terrance as a woman who embraced life with open arms. Let us celebrate the lasting impact she had on those around her through her love, laughter, and genuine care for others. Her spirit will forever live on in our hearts.

Rachelle will be dearly missed but never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
