REV. LELAND FOWLER

Rev. Leland B. Fowler was born in Dallas, Tx on the parentage of the late Minnie Pearl and Melvin Fowler on September 26, 1972. He was the youngest of 5 children born to this union. He received his education in the Dallas Independent School District.

Rev. Leland B. Fowler accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age, under the leadership of the late R.M Robertson and united with Jordan Missionary Baptist Church Lancaster, Tx where he served faithfully as a drummer. Later, he united with Victory Missionary Original Baptist Church under the

leadership of Pastor Elliot Edward in Dallas, Tx where he received his Certificate of License to the Gospel Ministry on February 15, 2015.

In January 2021, he became the Pastor of Victory Missionary Original Baptist Church, Dallas Tx. Pastor Fowler loved the Lord, was a great leader, and a hard-worker, serving with the Dallas Independent School District for 9 years and later retired as a Custodial Supervisor.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Minnie Pearl and Melvin Fowler, and his nephew KeArron Keeling.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Aleexis (DeVone) Johnson (Lancaster Tx), Nakia Kyles (Dallas Tx); three sister, Geneva Fowler (Grand Prairie), Brenda Johnson (Arlington), Priscilla Fowler (Lancaster Tx); and one brother Jeffery Lynn Fowler (Dallas Tx); two granddaughters and five grandsons and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
