RICKEY JONES

Rickey Jones was born on July 3, 1954, in Waxahachie, TX to Frank and Goldie Jones. Rickey graduated from Trimble Tech High School class of 1972.

For 20 years, he worked for Fleming Foods before transitioning to CD Hartnett where he remained for 8 years before retiring.

Rickey was well loved and respected by everyone who had ever crossed his path. A humble man who loved his family unconditionally and abundantly. His legacy shall forever live on and he will be truly missed.

Rickey leaves behind: his wife of 30 years Nina Jones; his sons Patrick Jones, Derrick Jones, Bobby Cousar, and Antwone Cousar; his daughter Porsha Cousar; sister Linda Spencer; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Rickey was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Goldie; four sisters Helen, Juanita, Lizzie Mae, and Maggie Jean; three brothers Ed, Lynn, and Johnny; and two sons Cedrick and Da’Quinn.
