Rickey is survived by Demetrice, his beloved wife, along with his children, siblings, and other relatives and friends. The love and support of his family and the community were central to his life, providing him with a network of affection that he always treasured.

Services honoring Rickey will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. A viewing will take place on January 16, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on January 17, 2025, commencing at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM. Both events will be held at 4155 South R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75224.
