ROGER METCALF

Roger Lynn Metcalf was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on March 13, 1961 to Shirley Ann Metcalf. Roger left earth but not our hearts, on January 14, 2021. Roger loved life, to cook, his family and to eat. Roger is preceded in death by his mother; Shirley Metcalf, father, Roman Metcalf, daughter, Cherylnn Coleman, grandma, Dorthy Davis, brothers; Michael Metcalf, Clarence Metcalf, uncle, Roger Justice, and aunt Jesse Owens. He leaves to cherish his memories; wife, Peggy Metcalf, three, stepdaughters; Latisha Dunn (Daniel), Tiffany Hicks (Albert III) and Bernitta Mays, sisters; Telisa Metcalf, Paula Williams, four brothers; Donnie Metcalf, Karey Metcalf, Roman Metcalf Jr., John Metcalf, eleven grandchildren; Jarori, Aisha, Albert III, Daniel Jr., Amber, Devondre, Taylor, Isaiah, Damien, Jamoury and Zyer, one great grandchild; Devonde Jr., aunt Betty Justice, best friends; Jimmy Dallas, Steve Barfield and many devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
