ROSA GOLDEN

Rosa Lee Golden was born to Johnny Sr and Oressa Dunn on November 25, 1932 in Bryan, Texas. Rosa was one of ten siblings.

In 1948 Rosa met and married H B Golden, to this union five sons were born. She loved her boys with all of her heart. In the mid-1960s, she joined Greater Mount Hebron Baptist Church and was a faithful and committed steward. Rosa had one church home for over 50 years with her service and  longevity she was the reigning mother of the Greater Mount Hebron Baptist Church

In addition she enjoyed cooking and feeding anyone around, her weekly events at the Senior Center, and visiting with her large extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, eight siblings, and four Sons.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son Danny, one brother Rufus, six grandchildren, Rosa Johnson (Andre), Tamara Brooks-Davis (Eric Lynn), DeShun, Jonathan, Danny and Brandon. Along with 12 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews, two very special loving daughter in laws Emma and Sandra.
