Royce was preceding in death by mother, Vincent Ivonne Summers, three brothers, Kenneth Summers, Jesse Gay and Carmen Leon Gay.
He leaves to cherish his memories, brother, Billy Summers, two sisters, Cheryl Summers Johnson and Charlotte Summers, best friend, Desmond Williams and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As we prepare to celebrate his life, viewing services will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas on March 26, 2025, between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM—a time to gather, share stories, and reflect on the joyous moments he gifted us throughout his life. The funeral service will follow on March 27 at 8:30 AM, also at the Golden Gate Funeral Home, culminating in a graveside service at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery that same day at 11:00 AM.
