SANDRA SIMMONS

Sandra Kaye Simmons was born in Dallas, TX, on November 14, 1951 to the parentage of Lola Jones and A.J. James. She united with True Purpose Baptist Church at an early age. She attended N.W. Harllee Elementary School and Franklin D. Roosevelt High School.

Her father, A.J. James, preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Lola Jones; aunt, Carrie Washington; one daughter, Patrice Simmons; two sons, Anthony Reed and Quintel Reed; two granddaughters, Crystal Simmons and Roniesha Banks; one grandson, Odis Banks, Jr.; one great-grandson, Sidney Gilstrap Portley, Jr.; six sisters, Linda Simmons, Ann Robinson, Rita Robinson, LaShaye Allen, Yolanda Jennings, and Sharon James; three brothers, Charles Simmons, Pee Wee Simmons, and Dewayn Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
