Sikhululiwe Dube affectionately known as Skhu was born on September 18, 1979 in Bulawayo Zimbabwe. She attended Luveve Primary School for her elementary education and then attended Eveline High School. She later went to different colleges and institutions and obtained different Diplomas including Esthetician, Nurse Aide just to mention a few.
Skhu was a very intelligent lady who put God first in everything she did. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and was baptized at Lobengula Brethren In Christ Church. She was anchored in the word of God and would encourage anyone who crossed her path. Skhu was married to Busani Dube at the time of her passing. She shared many laughs, joy and dreams with her husband who is now left to pick up the pieces.
Skhu liked to look good. She was unapologetic about her love for fashion and beauty but was wise enough to remind you that all these things of life were vanity as King Solomon said. She enjoyed cooking, going to church, talking to her friends and always kept a neat space. Skhu was a hard worker who always put out her best in everything she did. She loved life and was very vibrant, loving and always had words of wisdom for anyone she came across. She was wise beyond her years.
Skhu knew no stranger. She was witty and talkative and was slow to anger. She would refer to anyone as "Sthandwa" (Beloved).
Because of her faith and relationship with God, we are confident that Skhu entered the Golden Gates of Heaven and is now at the bossom of her Maker.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband Busani Dube, father Sibangaki Simon Dube, sisters: Dorothy, Sinothando and Sibonginkosi Sion (Elie Sion). Nieces: Devine, Sasekani and Siduduzile Makanza (Tashinga Makanza). Nephews, Valentine and Thabo. Great nephew, Malachi, and a host of friends and relatives from all over the world. She is preceded in death by her mother Ennie Dube.
May her soul rest in Peace.
“Jesus said to her ,” I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even though they die. John 11-25.
