TERRELL BROOKS

Terrell Brooks, a cherished father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 49. Born on September 3, 1975, Terrell was a vibrant presence in the lives of those who knew him, leaving an indelible mark on his family and friends.

Terrell was celebrated for his loving nature and unwavering support for his loved ones. An excellent father, he dedicated himself to nurturing and guiding his children, instilling in them the values of kindness and resilience. As a devoted son and brother, he fostered strong familial bonds, always ready with a listening ear or a helping hand.

In addition to his familial roles, Terrell was known for his engaging personality and great sense of humor. He had a profound appreciation for music, particularly R&B and blues, frequently attending concerts that delighted his spirit. His love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for fishing, providing him moments of serenity and reflection. Whether grilling delicious meals for gatherings or simply enjoying the company of friends and family, Terrell thrived in settings that brought people together.

A visitation honoring Terrell will be held on March 14, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. Following this, a funeral service will take place on March 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Walnut Springs Baptist Church in Lindale, Texas. 

Terrell's legacy of love, laughter, and loyalty will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed but remembered fondly for the joy he brought into the lives of others.
