Thelma Ruth Parsha was born on April 9, 1944 in Queen City, TX to Mr. and Mrs. Coy and Ella Mae Banks. Thelma Ruth departed life on January 12, 2021 and was preceded in death by grandmother, Nancy Wells; parents, Coy Banks and Ella Mae Banks; husband, James Lee Parsha; daughter, Linda Faye Holbert; grandchildren, DeShun Dewayne Joiner and LaToya Evette Banks; great grandson, Andrew DeShun Green; brother, Andrew DeShun Green; brothers, Curtis L. Banks, Willie J. Hightower, Albert C. Banks, Coy Jr. Banks, Charles Banks; sisters, Betsy M. Hightower and Mary L. Dawson. Thelma Ruth leaves to cherish her memory: aunt, Luetencia Banks Butts; children, Ella Reese Bolware, Brenda Faye Joiner; grandchildren, Coy E. Banks, Shakonda Holbert, Shantelle Mayfield, Tyrlonda Green, Shuntay Holbert; thirteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a host of cousins, nephews, nieces.
