Born on August 14, 1957, Van was a beacon of light in the lives of his family and friends.

With a passion for collecting antiques, tending to yard work with meticulous care, and the thrill of finding great deals, Van's hobbies reflected his appreciation for simplicity and beauty in life's small treasures. His interests not only brought him joy but also showcased his eye for detail and appreciation for life's little pleasures.

Survived by his grieving family members and friends who will deeply miss him, Van's memory will be cherished eternally. His spirit will live on in the stories shared and memories held dear by all those fortunate enough to have been part of his life's journey.

A visitation to honor and remember Van Harris will take place on April 25, 2024 at the Golden Gate Funeral Home-Dallas in Dallas, TX.
