YOLANDA RICHARDSON HEILIG, a cherished member of the Fort Worth community and a beloved Certified Nurse's Aide, passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025, at the age of 56. Born on May 19, 1968, in Fort Worth, Texas, Yolanda touched the lives of many with her sweet disposition and heart of gold.
An alumnus of Poly High School, Yolanda devoted her career to the care of others. Her work as a Certified Nurse's Aide was not just a job for her; it was a calling. Her compassionate nature and dedication to her patients earned her the admiration and respect of colleagues and families alike.
Yolanda will be remembered for her playful spirit, often seen poking people gently in the side of the neck, a lighthearted gesture that brought laughter and joy to those around her. Her hobbies included playing cards and dancing with family, activities that exemplified her love for life and connection with loved ones.
The Viewing for Yolanda will take place at Golden Gate Funeral Home - Ft. Worth on February 7, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Following the viewing, a Funeral Service will be held at the same location on February 8, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM
Yolanda's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the vibrant spirit she brought to every gathering.
