BILLY PHIFER

Billy Phifer Jr. was born March 15 ,1999 to Shanta Young-Phifer and Billy Phifer Sr. in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Samuell High School and attended a business college to become an entrepreneur.

Billy was a beautiful soul that loved his family and friends. He believed in doing what was right. He loved God and believed in prayer. He was well taught by his parents on how to be mannerable and respectable to everyone.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Teresa Young.

Billy Jr. is survived by his children, Ray'na Phifer, Billy Ray Phifer III, and one is on the way; fiancé, Diamond Taylor; mother, Shante Young-Phifer; father Billy Ray Phifer Sr.; sister, Shantavia Phifer; brothers, Jamarrion Phifer and Jamal Phifer; great-grandmother, Mary Blake, grandmothers, Tracy Glover and Catherine Rosser; grandfather, Allen Rosser Jr.; grandfather Billy Wayne Phifer; a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
