Delvin “Deon” Bailey was born on November 15, 1978 in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Deon grew up in church and was water baptized at the age of 14. He attended Newman Smith High School in Carrolton, Texas. He always had a love for cars and mechanics, which led him to his career in auto mechanics. He worked at Ray Jones Chevrolet Dealership in Center, Texas for a period of time. From an early age, Deon began making great impressions on people that he met with his infectious personality. He had a smile and laugh that was mesmerizing.
Deon was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eartis and Agnes Polley, Oneal Jones Sr., and Annie Mae Harris.
He leaves to cherish his memories parents: Earnestine Bailey-Patton and Elton Patton of The Colony, Texas; grandmother: Earlene McDaniel of Center, Texas, Lucille Jones of Garrison, Texas; his only child: Delvin “Deon” Bailey II; siblings: Cobey Reynolds (Teresa) of The Colony, Kelvin Harris (Christie) of Houston, Tenisha Harris of Marshall, Texas, Zachary Reynolds of Irving, Natosha Patton of Plano, and Michael Steel of Collinsville, Oklahoma; a special friend: Shontreka Booth (Beefy); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends
